We RC SaratiDelight on occasion of Navratri utsav under women empowerment, economic and community development Avenue had arranged cooking and tailoring classes for women of our adopted village and near by villages .Sad part was that for one single cake people from this village had to travel 12,15 kms as there is not a single proper bakery or hotel .In cooking class they were taught making of types of cakes,banana potato wafers, chhat items, pavbhaji with lots of vegetables in it and different types of nutritious vegetable parathas etc .They are supposed to make these nutritious items firstly for their families ,for especially kids , they can sell by taking orders ,put up stalls, snack centres etc n earn money.In tailoring classes they were taught to make peticots, blouses for taking orders .This way they can empower them selves economically n socially too
